This gadget case ($12.00) is even smaller than a wristlet and just enough for when I’m wearing a dress.. which is rare. But despite my many purse purchases… I’m not a purse girl. It’ll hold my camera, phone, and the mini wallet ($10.00) all together. I can’t wait. (Case and wallet/key fob set purchased separately.) And I had to resize the images. I don’t even know if they’re in proportion.. but the look good! haha
This is my book without paper. It’s steel plates that have had corners drilled through and fastened with a screw.
I stained them purple and wrote in silver marker the rearranged lyrics to The Birthday Massacre song Movie.
The only real problem with it is that I could have been more careful with the alignment of the text. I have poor handwriting and if I’d taken more care in making it straight and even, etc. it would have been so much better.
So I was Stumbling around on the net today and I came across this:
‘The Wooden Mirror’ by Daniel Rozin
A camera picks up light and dark and moves the small pieces of wood accordingly. Pretty neat if I do say so myself… And slightly eerie as well.
These are some amazing pictures. Really. Go check them out. Incredibly creepy. I’m totally bookmarking this guy. Here’s a taste.
Today the participants of the Periodic Table Printmaking Project got notice that our prints will likely be put on display at the Chemical Heritage Foundation’s new exhibit space in Philly. (45min away for me. yay!)
Dates are pending, but I’m so excited! I’ll have to encourage my friends to go see it because I’m so proud. (and i’m crazy)
